NAINA's 10th Biennial Conference 2026 The Power of Nursing: Leading the Future through Excellence, Resilience, and Innovation
Welcome Message from the President
Dear NAINA Family and Friends,
As we gather for our 10th Biennial Conference, I’m excited to share that we also commemorate two decades of NAINA’s vision, growth, and transformative impact since our founding in December 2006.
On behalf of NAINA, it is my distinct honor and privilege to invite you to NAINA’s 10th Biennial Conference 2026, proudly hosted by the Indian American Nurses Association of North Texas (IANANT), to be held October 1–3, 2026, at the Four Points by Sheraton DFW Airport North. Theme: The Power of Nursing: Leading the Future through Excellence, Resilience and Innovation
This national conference will bring together direct care nurses, advanced practice providers, nurse educators, researchers, executives, entrepreneurs, policy influencers, and emerging leaders from across the country and beyond. More than a conference, this gathering represents a meaningful and safe space for us to collaborate, learn, share, and grow together as one professional community.
As we celebrate 20 years of impact and our 10th Biennial milestone, I encourage each of you to be fully present and involved, to engage actively in discussions, to educate by submitting abstracts and sharing your scholarship and best practices, and to empower colleagues through collaboration and mentorship. Together, we will harness the power of nursing to lead the future with excellence, strengthen our resilience, and drive innovation that advances our profession for generations to come.
We also extend a heartfelt invitation to our local and national sponsors, strategic partners, healthcare organizations, and industry leaders to join us in supporting this historic event. Your partnership and sponsorship are vital to advancing nursing leadership, fostering innovation, and strengthening the communities we serve. Through meaningful collaboration, we can create lasting impact and expand opportunities for professional growth and excellence.
We look forward to welcoming you to an event filled with learning, inspiration, celebration, and connection. Join us as we honor our legacy, invest in the future of nursing, and continue leading with excellence, resilience, and innovation.
I look forward to seeing you in North Texas for this extraordinary celebration.
Sincerely,
Umamaheswari Venugopal MSN, RN, NEA-BC, CCRN
